USA Hockey and the Coaching Education Program require both certification and registration to be eligible to coach. Registration is done online on a yearly basis. Certification is also required.
Coaching Education Program Certification Clinic Requirements
Information you will need
- Name, gender, and date of birth
- Address, phone number, and email
- USA hockey number
- Safe Sport Completion Receipt Email
USA Hockey membership registration
Each Coach must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2025-2026 Season.
- CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE the confirmation code.
- Return to this registration and proceed.
25/26 Coach Registration
THUNDERBIRD YOUTH HOCKEY'S 25/26 COACH REGISTRATION!
Welcome Thunderbird Youth Hockey Coaches!
Please complete this registration if you would like to be considered for a volunteer coaching spot with Thunderbird Youth Hockey.
You may need to add yourself as a participant during registration if you have not already done so. Please DO NOT register your athlete.
Setting Up Your Crossbar Account
Rostered head coaches receive a 100% reduction on service hours.
Rostered assistant coaches receive a 50% reduction on service hours.
If you do not yet have an updated SafeSport certification. Upload a blank document/picture for your safe sport. This will later be rejected to give you an opportunity to upload your renewed safesport email.
