Once you’ve chosen a camp of your choice, please submit receipt or invoice to Thunderbirdyouthhockey.com, PO Box 207, Baraboo. After receiving receipt or invoice, Thunderbird Youth Hockey will mail you your scholarship.

Gear Hand in will be the following two Mondays, March 7th and March 14th, 5;30 to 6:30 pm. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to set up and an alternative time. USA Hockey practice jerseys, L2S sticks, and hockey socks do not need to be returned to the association. Gear that does need to be returned to the Association could consist of:
Game Jerseys (2 jerseys; 1 white, 1 blue)
Game Jersey (reversible)
Practice Jersey with the Thunderbird logo (blue or white)
Helmets, skates, elbow pads, chest protector, breezers, shin pads, hockey bags
Goalie Gear; helmet, gloves, blockers, leg proctors, sticks, chest protectors
